WELCOME TO TIGER! TIGER! GALLERY & EXHIBIT
Yes! There are tigers in Malaysia and they are a separate sub-species of tiger than those found in Thailand or in Indonesia.
The Tiger! Tiger! Gallery & Exhibit is a private initiative at increasing the awareness of the Malayan Tiger and highlight the plight of the 500 remaining wild tigers in the country!
First opened on February 14, 2010, in commemoration of the Year of the Tiger and subsequently renovated to incorporate the country's first Bolaven Cafe, entry to the Gallery continues to remain free to the public. With the incorporation of Bolaven Cafe, however, there is now a seating area that may accommodate as many as 30 pax at at ime.
The Gallery continues to exhibit a small collection of art from local and foreign artists.
